Overview
Our refund and return policy applies to products that are defective due to manufacturing defects. The return policy will be clearly stated on each contract or each product.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. The product must also be in its original packaging.
Equipment and product are not returnable.
Some products will not be subject to the return policy including:
- Liquidation products and goods, used accessories.
- Used goods.
- Broken or damaged products due to the buyer’s use and storage during storage.
- Services.
- Additional promotional products.

You will need to provide one of the following documents: invoice, purchase receipt or payment receipt with delivery note. To resolve the issue of returning goods.
Returns

Refund
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and will be automatically applied according to the agreement between the two parties or stated in the contract.
The refund value is based on the actual purchase price according to the contract or the actual price of the product at the time of purchase.
Exchange
